Divorce and Custody

A couple is divorcing, and they are in court fighting for the custody of their child.
The wife addresses the judge saying: "Your Honor, I brought this child into the world with all the pain and labor. The child should be on my custody."
"Interesting... what do you have to say for that?" - Asks the judge to the husband.
The husband says: "Your Honor... if I put a dollar in a pepsi vending machine and a pepsi comes out, whose pepsi is it... the machine's or mine?"
